Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantage website, account dashboard, and any software, license keys, or related services we make available ("Services"). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using Vantage you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not on any sanctions list that would prohibit us from doing business with you.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any associated Discord handle confidential. You must use accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, chargebacks, key sharing, abuse of staff, or violations of these Terms.

3. License grant

When you purchase a tier (for example 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, or lifetime), Vantage grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the corresponding software for the duration listed on the product page. Lifetime licenses last for the operational lifetime of the product, not your natural life, and end when the product is discontinued.

License keys are tied to your account and, where applicable, to a single hardware identifier. You may not:

  • Resell, lease, sublicense, or transfer your key to another person.
  • Share, publish, or post your key on any platform.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the Services to attack, harass, or compromise other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

We may rotate, revoke, or reassign keys when we detect sharing, leaks, or abuse.

4. Risk acknowledgment

Vantage software is designed to modify the behavior of third-party games. Using it almost always violates the terms of service of the game publisher and may result in game account suspension, hardware bans, or other consequences imposed by the publisher. You use the Services at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for any action a publisher takes against your game account or hardware.

Built-in spoofers and stealth features are provided on a best-effort basis. We make no promise that they will prevent detection in any specific build, patch, or anti-cheat update.

5. Updates, downtime, and changes

Games update frequently. From time to time the software will be temporarily unavailable, partially functional, or paused entirely while we update it. Time spent on a paused product does not automatically extend your license, but in significant outages we may, at our discretion, grant extensions or credits. Features listed on a product page may be added, removed, or modified as the underlying game changes.

6. Acceptable use of support

Support is provided through the on-site ticket system and, where listed, through Discord. Threats, harassment, slurs directed at staff, or repeated bad-faith tickets may result in support being refused and accounts being suspended without refund.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by third parties, including NOWPayments for cryptocurrency and the Paysafecard processor for vouchers. By paying you agree to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant processor. Crypto transactions are final once confirmed on chain. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time, including for active product tiers, with new prices applying to future purchases.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the software will be undetected, error free, compatible with your hardware, or available at any particular time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game accounts, in-game items, cosmetics, ranks, hardware, time, profits, or data. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion through the support page. We may suspend or terminate your account and any active licenses if you breach these Terms, abuse our staff, file an unjustified chargeback, attempt to defraud the payment system, or use the Services in a way that creates legal risk for us. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to notify active customers through the account dashboard or by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vantage is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
