Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Vantage will refund or replace an order. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital goods are generally non-refundable

Vantage sells license keys for software that is delivered automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because each key is a single-use credential drawn from a stock pool, once a key has been issued to your account it is treated as redeemed and is not refundable, even if you have not yet activated it.

By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that this waives any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply to digital content.

2. Cases where we will refund or replace

We will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement key in the following situations:

  • Payment confirmed but no key delivered. Stock pool was empty at the time of payment and we cannot deliver within a reasonable window. You can choose a refund or wait for restock.
  • Duplicate payment. You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processor or webhook issue.
  • Permanent discontinuation before delivery. We discontinue the product before your key is delivered.
  • Wrong tier delivered through our fault. We delivered a tier shorter or different from what you paid for and cannot promptly correct it.

3. Cases we do not refund

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • You changed your mind after the key was issued to your account.
  • The key works but you decided not to use it.
  • Your game account, in-game items, or hardware were banned, restricted, or otherwise penalized by the game publisher. Use of the software is at your own risk and a publisher action is not our fault. See section 4 of the Terms.
  • The software is temporarily down, paused, or partially functional due to a game patch or anti-cheat update. In significant outages we may, at our sole discretion, offer time extensions or credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
  • The software is flagged by antivirus software or Windows Defender. This is expected behavior for tools of this type and is documented on the product page.
  • Compatibility issues with hardware, operating system builds, or third-party software that are outside the supported configuration listed on the product page.
  • The key was shared, leaked, posted publicly, or used on more hardware than the license permits.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned via the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Cryptocurrency. Refunds are sent to the originating wallet address. You bear the FX risk between the time of payment and the time of refund. We do not guarantee parity in fiat value.
  • Paysafecard and other vouchers. Vouchers cannot be refunded back to the original PIN. Refunds for voucher orders are issued as store credit, or, where store credit is not acceptable to you, as crypto to a wallet you provide.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, open a ticket first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after a key has been delivered, instead of contacting support, is treated as a breach of the Terms and may result in account suspension, revocation of active licenses, and a permanent ban from future purchases. Where the underlying complaint is valid we will always resolve it without you needing to involve the processor.

6. How to request a refund

Open a ticket on the support page from the email address tied to your account. Include:

  • The order ID.
  • The payment method and processor reference where possible.
  • A short description of the issue and what outcome you are looking for.

Most refund requests receive a first response within 24 hours. Approved refunds are typically settled within 3 business days on the processor side; final receipt depends on the network or bank.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
